The Body by Funk method

Through my years of personal training and figure competitions
I have developed the Body by Funk method of total diet and fitness.

What you will be asked to do:

  1. Keep a Food Journal of all your meals for 1 week which I will look at.
  2. A 30 minute consultation at which time we will discuss your current diet, and your goals for your transformation. I will also ask for your current weight.
  3. Within 1 week you will receive a new diet plan and a weight training routine that is essential.
  4. Follow ups available.
